You agree to provide accurate information, use our services lawfully, and avoid submitting harmful, infringing, misleading, or unauthorized content. You are responsible for the materials, credentials, and approvals you provide for your own business systems.

4. Digital resources and lead magnets

Free guides, PDFs, prompts, and other educational resources are provided for informational purposes. They do not guarantee business results and should be adapted to your own context.

5. AI and automation outputs

AI-generated content, automations, and recommendations may require human review. You are responsible for approving content before publishing and for confirming that outputs meet your legal, brand, and operational requirements.

6. Payments and project work

Paid work is governed by the invoice, proposal, or written agreement for that project. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has started, because strategy, setup, and implementation time are performed upfront.

7. Intellectual property

Nova Media AI retains rights to our frameworks, templates, internal tools, code libraries, and processes. Client-specific final deliverables are transferred or licensed according to the applicable project agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Media AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost profit, platform policy, third-party service, or automation failure damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service that caused the claim.
