How to request deletion

If you want Nova Media AI to delete personal information associated with your website visit, form submission, social media campaign interaction, or service inquiry, email us at hello@nova-media.ai.

What to include

Please include the email address, phone number, Instagram or Facebook username, and any campaign or form name connected to your request. This helps us locate the correct record.

What we delete

When we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize personal data stored in our lead systems, forms, campaign records, CRM, and related automation tools where legally and technically possible.

Timing

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or legitimate business record purposes.

Meta platform data

If your request relates to Instagram or Facebook data processed through a Nova Media AI campaign, include your platform username and the campaign keyword or post link. We will remove the data we control. You may also manage your data directly through your Meta account settings.
